What to Bring:

• A cloth bag for your foraged garlic

• A small paring knife (with a sheath or cardboard cover)

• Drinking water

• 2 small jam jars

• A notebook and pen

• Waterproofs

• A container with a lid to take food samples home

• Something to kneel on if needed (limited extras available)

What to Wear:

• Long trousers (protection against ticks)

• Sturdy boots for uneven, potentially muddy terrain
